Scott Mills – Marketing Director/Co-Founder

Scott Mills, co-founder of “Opt-e-Web LLC” specializes in advertising and marketing both online and with traditional media. He is originally from the United Kingdom and has resided in the United States for over eighteen years.

Scott has always been actively involved in the business community especially in his new hometown, Salem, Oregon. He has worked with local radio stations, print media, and managed a large three screen theatre. When managing the theatre, he realized how much time was wasted buying advertising, maintaining the website and marketing the business online. This time ultimately ended up being taken away from his family, so his goal then became focused on helping businesses save time, money, and to be successful.

Brad Brunhaver – Operations Manager/Co-Founder

Brad Brunhaver, co-founder of “Opt-e-Web LLC.” started in the IT field while serving in the U.S Air Force in Intelligence Systems. Once out of the service, he worked for the State of Oregon Judicial department for 3 years as a systems analyst before taking a position as the IT Manager for Miller Paint Co. in Portland, Oregon for five years. Then it was time to start his own business and put his customer service skills to work.

Brad Started Brad Technologies and has served the Salem/Keizer Area business community since 2005. He helped with Web Site Design, Hosting and all IT needs for 100 plus companies.

Brad and Scott found a huge need to help customers marketing their websites. They created “Opt-e-Web LLC” to help businesses drive more traffic and customers to their websites.

Devin Campbell- Sales Director

Devin Campbell is a native Oregonian, graduate of Sprague High School and has an advanced degree in Farrier Science from Linn Benton Community College. With over 20 years of experience in sales and business management with companies such as First Interstate Bank to one of his family’s business Tree Tools he is excited to bring his talents to Opt-E-Web to launch their newest service and to support in the other areas of expertise Opt-E-Web offers their customers. Devin brings experience from the construction, farm, ranch and investment banking industries to Opt-E-Web, LLC and is proud to be a part of company that offers products that make great sense to business owners and their clients.

Rick Debnam - Design Director

Rick spent most of his career as a Design Engineer in the semiconductor industry.  In November of 2008 Rick left the semiconductor industry to pursue a career in the web design world.  He founded Borderland Graphic Design and began work as a freelance web and graphic designer.

Rick joined the Opt-E-Web team in early 2010 where he continues to pursue his passion for web and graphic design.

In addition to design work, Rick has been a musician (guitar player and vocalist) for over 30 years and a photographer for over 8 years.  In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family and friends.

Eugene Blundell - IT Services Director

Eugene is an Oregon native and has a strong background in IT service and support.   He holds multiple Microsoft and Cisco certifications, and also a Macintosh certification. He graduated with an AAS in Computer Science from Western Oregon University.  He is very strong in customer service, and really enjoys working with people.  Eugene has worked as a Technical Director at a television station (Fisher Communications KCBY TV) and as a Network Administrator for the Boys & Girls Club of America.  He has a very strong interest in and with Microsoft operating systems and applications as well as open source software such as Linux.

Becca Williams - SEO/SEM Manager

Becca loves the quick paced, ever changing world of Internet marketing. She founded an online retail store, Wallnutz.com, in 1999 and sold it in 2008. Much of Becca’s time with Wallnutz was spent working on search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click management (PPC), giving her many years experience in the field of Internet marketing. Wallnutz also garnered appearances in television and print media with features on NBC’s Today Show, QVC and in a large number of national publications.

Prior to founding Wallnutz, Becca worked as a financial analyst for Tektronix and in market research for Hewlett-Packard. She earned her M.B.A. from the Eller School, University of Arizona, with a focus in marketing and entrepreneurship through the top ranked Berger Entrepreneurship Program. Becca’s undergraduate degree is in Business Administration with a focus in finance from Oregon State University.

Lisa Friesen - Database Manager

Lisa spent the first 16 years of her career working for various insurance companies in the Salem, Oregon area in an administrative capacity. The past 14 years Lisa has worked in the Information Technology field as a PC Technician, Network Supervisor and most recently as a Senior Business Analyst with Epiq Systems, Corp. in Beaverton, Oregon. Within her duties as a Senior Business Analyst, Lisa managed complex databases and theirunderlying structure and data. She worked on some of the most complex Class Action & Government Settlements; such as the recent DTV Converter Box Coupon Program.

In her spare time Lisa is a NASCAR enthusiast, enjoys remodeling her home and the homes of her family and friends. Lisa currently lives in Salem with her two dogs, Cody and Tucker.

James Green - Graphic Design Manager

James was born and raised in Salem Oregon (for the most part).  He attended West Salem High School and advanced his education and training in graphic design by earning his BFA from George Fox University.  One of James' biggest pet peeves is when design firms charge small businesses an arm and a leg for a logo that doesn't even look good or fit the objectives and image of the business.  His goal is to provide clients of Opt-e-web with sophisticated, visually appealing, and effective business identity solutions and marketing materials that accurately represent what each business or person stands for.

Aside from design, James has a passion for the automotive industry and restoring and modifying cars and trucks.  He loves sports that are a little less traditional for America such as Hockey and Lacrosse.  James is on a mission to walk a straight and narrow path in this life, and to place his hope in things not of this world.  He is dedicated to quality work, honesty, and integrity and looks forward to coming up with a design solution for you!

David Snook - Technical Sales Engineer

David is a new husband and a Do It Your Self-er. He tries to learn and do as many things as can be humanly done. he also enjoys doing anything that gets him outside.

David Snook Graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science from DeVry University with a 3.3 GPA and started working in the IT industry for a few years. He has since then had a change of heart and looked into a career change.  He eventually stumbled upon opt-e-web in his job search where he is now their new all-in-one Technical Sales Engineer.
